Use Vieple to help students prepare for employment by sharing great candidates with potential
employers. No longer worry about timezones, you can use Vieple to assess students when it suits

Vieple can reduce time spent by Careers Advisors and staff preparing candidate for interview preparation and graduate applications.
The Student process is simple:
- Login as a student on CareerHub system
- Click on link on the CareerHub system and be redirected to the Vieple system
- The Vieple system will re-direct you back to the CareerHub system and prompt for authorisation for granting Vieple access
- The CareerHub system will redirect you to a URL
- The Vieple system will create the student as a respondent and re-direct the student to the Vieple system for starting the interview
With the ease of one log in into Vieple, career advisors can:
- Create the video interviews.
- Send invitations to students to complete their video interview at their convenience.
- Review, rate and comment against completed interviews.
The process defined by CareerHub, to facilitate Vieple for universities:
When the University that has no existing Vieple-CareerHub Integration
- University to contact CareerHub Support (help@careerhub.support) directly to express their interest in using the Vieple/CareerHub integration.
- CareerHub Support supplies OAuth Credentials to Vieple team.
- Support supplies OAuth Credentials to Vieple team.
- University and Vieple Support are advised that an Integration Profile is created.
- Refer to the next section.
When the University already has an existing Vieple-CareerHub Integration:
- University to advise Vieple Support on which interview on the Vieple system to use with the Vacancy on CareerHub.
- Vieple Support supply relevant details to CareerHub Support (help@careerhub.support)
- University conducts end-to-end testing to verify the configurations.
