Log in to Vieple
When you have been invited to complete a review on Vieple, you will receive an email from [email protected], [email protected] or the business' nominated communications email.

Follow the instructions included in the email to log in at the https://live.vieple.com website.

To log in, you will also need to pass a short security verification. You can click on the checkbox next to the I'm not a robot prompt.

Access Responses from the Tasks Page
After logging in to your account, you will see the Tasks page. This is where you can access all of the respondents that you have been assigned to review.
You can return to this page at any time by clicking on the Tasks option in the left side-menu.

The tasks page is separated into three separate views. You can switch between these views at any time using the tabs at the top of the Tasks page.
Pending - Reviews which have not been completed yet.
Rated - Reviews which you have already submitted.
Expired - Reviews with a deadline that is more than 7 days ago.

To view a respondent's profile, you can click on their name, or you can jump directly to into their response by clicking on the question number on their list entry.

How to Review a Submission
To start a review, click on a Respondent's name from the Pending tab.
You can also select a Respondent from the Rated tab if you would like to update a completed review.

Using the tabs at the top of the Respondent's profile, you can select a question to start the review.

The review page consists of a few different items:
1. Response The response will be shown on the left side of the screen. You can use the controls at the bottom to play through the video, or adjust the volume.
2. Question Text This is the question that was posed to the Respondent. You can also see the amount of time limits for preparing and responding to the question.
3. Scoring Guide If the interview organisers have set up a scoring guide, you can refer to it here. These criteria may vary from question to question - please contact the interview organisers if you have any questions about the scoring criteria.
4. Ratings and Comments The ratings and comments section is where you will submit your review for this particular response.

When you have reviewed the response, you can leave a score out of 5 stars, as well as submit a comment.
To add a score, just click on the 1 to 5 stars.
If you would like to update your score, you can click on the stars again to change the score.
If you would like to update a comment, you can copy and paste it as a new comment and make your changes, then delete the old comment using the x.

Once you have finished reviewing a response, you can move on to the next one by clicking on the tabs at the top of the page.

The review may also include Additional Ratings. These are overall scores for that respondent's interview performance.

Once you have completed your review, you can head back to the Tasks page in the left side-menu to access any remaining respondents.
Finalise Review Some interviews may require you to finalise the review. If you see the Finalise tab on the candidates profile, please refer to the steps below.

Finalise your Review
Once you have completed the review, you can head to the Finalisation tab, or click on the blue Review and Finalise Results button at the bottom of the page.

Review your submission on this page before clicking on the red Finalise Ratings and Comments button at the bottom of the page.

Once you have finalised a review, it will be locked in and you won't be able to make any changes.
If you have finalised a review by mistake, please contact the interview organisers.
