Reset a Candidate's Responses

If you would like to provide your candidate with another attempt at their responses, you can do so by resetting one or more of their recordings.

 

To reset a candidate, follow the short instructions below.

 


 

Step 1Search for the candidate and bring up their profile.

Select the Select for Reset checkbox, next to the response(s) you would like to reopen for them.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the red Reset button.

Choose a new closing date if necessary, and select which email notification you want to send to the candidate.

Click Confirm to send the candidate a notification and reopen their question.
