If you would like to provide your candidate with another attempt at their responses, you can do so by resetting one or more of their recordings.
To reset a candidate, follow the short instructions below.
Step 1 | Search for the candidate and bring up their profile. | |
Step 2 | Select the Select for Reset checkbox, next to the response(s) you would like to reopen for them. | |
Step 3 | Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the red Reset button. | |
Step 4 | Choose a new closing date if necessary, and select which email notification you want to send to the candidate.

Step 5 | Click Confirm to send the candidate a notification and reopen their question. |
