The Communication Centre is used to send out email communications to multiple candidates in bulk. You can use this to remind incomplete candidates that their interview is closing soon, or to extend the closing date for multiple candidates at the same time.

Head into your account by selecting the card with the name of your company. | |
Open your interview by selecting it from the interview list. | |
Select Respondent Communications from the side-bar. | |
Use the filters at the top of the page to search for matching respondents. Make sure to click on the Search button to apply any filters you have selected. | |
Select the candidates you would like to send a communication to by checking the box next to their name. Once you've made a selection, click on the blue Select Communication button at the bottom of the page. | |
Choose the email template(or SMS template) you would like to send, and an extended closing date if required. This will apply to all candidates you have selected. | |
Click confirm to submit your selection. Your candidates will be sent the communication you have chosen, including the updated closing date. |
