Instead of inviting your Assessors and Candidates individually, you can upload them using a .CSV file.
To do this:
Step 1 | On the Project List, click the arrow to expand a project and view available sessions. | |
Step 2 | Click on a date in the calendar with sessions. You can see how many sessions are on a particular date by the number in the Red tag.
Once you have selected a date, click on a Session to the right of the calendar to view its' details. | |
Step 3 | In the Session view, head in to the Assessors or Candidates tab. | |
Step 4 | Click the Import option and the Export Template to download the .CSV template. | |
Step 5 | Open the .CSV file that has been downloaded in Excel. | |
Step 6 | Enter the details for your attendees. | |
Step 7 | Save the File as .CSV UTF-8 (comma delimited) | |
Step 8 | Back in the Session view, select the Import option again and click Import Participants. | |
Step 9 | Locate and select the .CSV file that you prepared on your computer. | |

Check that the candidates and assessors have been successfully added in both tabs.
If all your attendees appear in the list, click the Save button at the bottom of the pop-up to save your changes and send email invitations.
