You can now customise the invitation emails that Assessors and Candidates receive for your meetings.
There are 3 available categories:
- Assessor Invitations
Invitation emails that are sent to the assessors for the meeting session. - Candidate Invitations
Invitation emails that are sent to candidates who are invited directly to a session. - Project Invitations
Invitation emails that are sent to candidates who are invited to pick from available session times.
You can create an invitation template from the Manage Communication Templates option in the left side-menu:
Then, you can create a new template using Create Communication Template, or edit an existing template by selecting Manage.
The following page will take you to draft your Email Template. There are several controls on this page:
Once you have created your email template, you will see that as an option when inviting Assessors or Candidates to your sessions:
