A Project is a container that is used for organising your meeting Sessions. The settings for a Project will act as a template for the meeting Sessions that you create within the project.

 

The steps below outline how to create a new project, and the purpose of each setting.

Log in to your account, and select View Client Projects from your Client List.

 

If you have more than one Client, each will have a separate set of Projects, so make sure to set up your Projects under the correct Client.

Adjust the various settings for your project's requirements.
 
 
 Name
The title of your project. This will be displayed to attendees on the invitation and when they are on the site.

Description
An internal description. This is only displayed to other users on the account.

Summary
A summary/purpose of the project. This is shown to attendees when they are on the site.

 Time Zone
The default time zone for meeting Sessions created in this project.

 Assessor Settings
Assessors are meeting attendees who can see everyone's details and provide scores to candidates.

Default Assessor Invitation *new
This is the invitation email that will be sent to assessors who are invited to a meeting in this project. You can also choose to use a different email at the time you send out the invitation. More info on invitation templates is available here.

Number of Assessors per Session

How many Assessors (attendees who can comment and rate candidates) can be present in meeting Sessions for this Project.

Candidate Settings:
Candidates are meeting attendees who can only see first names and will not be able to provide any scores.

 

Default Candidate Invitation: *new
This is the invitation email that will be sent to candidates who are invited directly to a meeting in this project. You can also choose to use a different email at the time you send out the invitation. More info on invitation templates is available here.

 

Default Project Invitation: *new
This is the invitation email that will be sent to candidates who are invited directly to pick from the available sessions in this project. You can also choose to use a different email at the time you send out the invitation. More info on invitation templates is available here.

 

Number of Candidates per Session
How many Candidates can be present in meeting Sessions for this Project.

 Expected Session Duration
How long you estimate meeting Sessions in this Project to take.

Default Lockout Period *new
For candidates who receive an invitation to book their own session, they will not be able to pick sessions that start within this time limit.

Candidates will also not be able to change their booking if their current session is within this many hours from starting.

Rating Scheme
The Rating criteria for Assessors to review the Candidates. This will display to them during the meeting when they click on a Candidate's profile.

 

Separate each of the criterion using a semicolon ';'

 

This is not visible to Candidates.

Click Submit to save your selections and create your Project.

 

 

 

 

All Projects that you create will be visible in the Project List when you click into a particular Client.
