A Project is a container that is used for organising your meeting Sessions. The settings for a Project will act as a template for the meeting Sessions that you create within the project.
The steps below outline how to create a new project, and the purpose of each setting.
1 | Log in to your account, and select View Client Projects from your Client List.
If you have more than one Client, each will have a separate set of Projects, so make sure to set up your Projects under the correct Client. | |
2 | Select the Create Project option from the side-menu, or the Manage option on an existing project. | |
3 | Adjust the various settings for your project's requirements. | |
Name The title of your project. This will be displayed to attendees on the invitation and when they are on the site. | ||

Summary A summary/purpose of the project. This is shown to attendees when they are on the site. | ||
Time Zone The default time zone for meeting Sessions created in this project. | ||
Assessor Settings Assessors are meeting attendees who can see everyone's details and provide scores to candidates. Default Assessor Invitation *new This is the invitation email that will be sent to assessors who are invited to a meeting in this project. You can also choose to use a different email at the time you send out the invitation. More info on invitation templates is available here. Number of Assessors per Session How many Assessors (attendees who can comment and rate candidates) can be present in meeting Sessions for this Project. | ||

Click Submit to save your selections and create your Project.

All Projects that you create will be visible in the Project List when you click into a particular Client.
