After receiving an invitation email for a Session on ViepleNOW, you'll be able to click on the included link to join the session. To join, you will need a device with a camera and microphone, using our recommended web browser:
- PC - Google Chrome or Firefox
- Mac - Google Chrome or Firefox
- iOS - Safari
- Android - Google Chrome
If you don't have the recommended browser installed, you can click on the links in the list above to download it (Safari is included on all Apple devices).
When you are ready to join the Session, simply open the link in your email on your supported device and browser:
And then follow the prompt to allow the platform to access your Camera and Microphone:
You can test your Camera and Microphone in the preview, before joining the Session by pressing Join at the bottom of the screen.
The Start upon joining option will automatically admit any candidates who are waiting when you join the meeting. If you don't enable this option, there will be a waiting room where you can see a list of attendees.
When you are ready to start, you can click the Start button at the bottom of the screen, and all attendees will be admitted to the session.
