The article below will cover how to turn on Vieple's new AI Summary and Transcription services. These can be added to any new Video and Audio Interview Question that you’re creating and can also be retroactively added to existing Questions as well.

Enabling AI Summary on New Interview Questions
When creating your video or audio questions, click on the Advanced Options dropdown |  |
This will then display a list of all the extra options available to you. At the bottom of the list, you will find Enable Auto Transcribe and Enable AI Summary |  |
Turning on Enable Auto Transcribe will create a transcript of what your candidate has said during their response. | |
Turning on Enable AI Summary will create a summary of what your respondent has said, to the best of the system's ability. | |
Note: Turning on Enable AI Summary will also turn on Enable Auto Transcribe, as the AI LLM uses the transcript created to provide the summary |
Enabling AI Summary on Existing Questions
When you’re in the Interview List, press the ... for more options. Find Manage Questions for the interview you wish to edit and enter that menu. |  |
Alternatively, when you’re looking at the Respondent List or Interview Dashboard, click on the Interview Settings button on the left-hand menu. |  |
And then navigate to the Manage Questions menu |  |
This will display a list of all your questions. Use the Edit button on the Question you would like to add AI Summary or Transcription too. |  |

Where to View AI Summary
Finally, the summary itself can be found on the Respondents Response page, in the Analysis Results section. |  |
If you’re interested in the Transcript as well, you can View Transcript at any point by clicking the link in the bottom right corner of the Analysis Results section. |  |
This will then display a pop-up, which takes you through the transcript line by line. |  |
This modal does include a Confidence metric on how certain we are that the word is correct, as well as exact timestamps for the word. |  |
Where to View Transcript
If you’ve only turned on Transcription, you will find it in the Analysis Results section of the Respondent Response page. |  |
If you’re interested in a line-by-line breakdown, including a Confidence metric, you can find a detailed transcript in the View Detailed Transcript modal, accessed in the bottom right corner of the Analysis Results section. |  |
This will display as a modal, and includes our Confidence metric, as well as exact timestamps for each word. |  |
