Once your candidates have completed their interviews, Raters and Client Administrators can be assigned to specific candidates to review their responses. Reviews include leaving scores for questions and additional rating categories, adding comments to responses, and adding feedback for candidates.

Invite Raters/Reviewers
Step 1 | Head to the interview you would like to start allocating Raters to, and select Rater Allocation from the left-hand sidebar. | |
Step 2 | Select your Rater from the drop-down list. If your Rater hasn't used the system previously, you can create their account using the New button. | Select an Existing Rater: or Add a New Rater: |
Step 3 | Select the candidates that you would like this user to have access to from the Unallocated column on the left of the screen. | |
Step 4 | Choose a due date for the review, and select which questions you would like the user to rate (leave blank for access to all questions). | |
Step 5 | Click on the blue Allocate button that appears at the bottom of the page. | |
Step 6 | Confirm that your selection is correct by reviewing the right-hand column. | |
Step 7 | Click on Save at the bottom of the page to finalise the process and send your user their invitation email. |

How to Review a Respondent
Step 1 | Log in to the system and click on the Tasks option in the left-hand sidebar. | |
Step 2 | Select the candidate from the list that you would like to review. | |
Step 3 | Click Review on any of the questions on their profile, or use the tabs to select a question. | |
Step 4 | Once you've watched the video, you can leave a score and comment in the Ratings and Comments box to the right. | |
Step 5 | Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 to rate the remaining questions to complete the review.
Once a review has been completed, the task list will show the candidate under the Rated tab, in case the user decides to update their review. |
