Invite and Manage other Users on your Account

As an administrator, you are able to invite other administrators, as well as manage access for all the users on your account.

Set up your Company Branding

If you have a company logo and colours, you can upload those to your account for both the administrator and candidate views.

Customise Email Communications

Your Vieple account will come pre-loaded with default email templates that contain all of the information and instructions that candidates will need to access the system. You can also tailor them to your liking or create your own emails which automatically fill in details such as closing dates and interview titles.

Create a Video Interview and Send out Invitations to Candidates

When you are ready to start inviting candidates, you can create a new interview and invite the candidates directly via email, or open a link for them to register themselves.

Invite Raters to Watch and Review your Candidates' Responses

Once your candidates have started submitting their interviews, you can assign access to Raters - users who are able to view the responses and leave comments and scores. Raters will only have access to the candidates that you choose to assign to them.
