Invite Assessors
To invite Assessors to your campaign, please refer to the instructions below.
Step 1 | On the Project List, click the arrow to expand a project and view available sessions. | |
Step 2 | Click on a date in the calendar with sessions. You can see how many sessions are on a particular date by the number in the Red tag.
Once you have selected a date, click on a Session to the right of the calendar to view its' details. | |
Step 3 | You can also use this view to Edit the session or jump to other sessions using the lists on the left. | |
Step 4 | In the Session view, head to the Assessors tab. | |
Step 5 | Select the invitation email you would like the Assessor(s) to receive.

Step 6 | Enter the details of your Assessor(s) and click the plus icon to add them to the session.
You can also click the Import option to upload attendees using a .CSV (instructions here) | |
Step 7 | Click the Save button at the bottom of the pop-up to save your changes and send email invitations to the Assessor(s). |
Assessors will receive the invitation that you selected from [email protected] with the Session details and a link to join.
Invite Candidates
To invite candidates to your campaign, please refer to the instruction below.
Step 1 | On the Project List, click the arrow to expand a project and view available sessions. | |
Step 2 | Click on a date in the calendar with sessions. You can see how many sessions are on a particular date by the number in the Red tag.
Once you have selected a date, click on a Session to the right of the calendar to view its' details. | |
Step 3a | To invite candidates to pick any available session from this project:
In the top-left of the pop-up, under Select Session, scroll to the bottom and pick Allow Candidates to Pick a Session.
To invite candidates to a specific session skip to step 3b. | |
Step 4a | Select either:
Scheduling Due Date:
Scheduling Window (leave deadline blank): | |
Step 5a | Select the email that you would like the candidate(s) to receive.

Step 6a | Enter the details of your Candidate(s) and click the plus icon to add them to the session.

Alternatively, you can select the Self Schedule URL option to create a link which candidates can use to pick their own session. You will not need to provide their name and email address in this case. The URL can be hosted on a website, sent out via email or anywhere else you can share a link for candidates to click on. | ||
Step 7a | Click the Save button at the bottom of the pop-up to save your changes and send email invitations to the Candidate(s). |

After inviting candidates, they will receive an email with the meeting details, and a link to join the session or book their session.
