Once you've created your interview, you can update the settings at any time. This includes customising your intro/outro videos, editing your questions and managing additional ratings.

Basic Information
The basic information tab is where you can update general settings, such as the title of your interview, and the welcome/thank you messages and videos. You can also updated the default closing date for the interview on this page.

Manage Questions
In this tab, you can make changes to your existing interview questions by selecting Edit on your question in the list. You can change settings such as review time and response time, as well as the question text. You can also add new questions with the Add a New Question option in the left-hand sidebar.
Please note, if candidates have been invited to the interview you will not be able to add any or remove new questions. We also advise against making major changes to question text once you have had candidates start to complete the interview - this prevents confusion during the review process.
Manage Additional Ratings
The manage additional ratings tab is where you can add or update additional review scores that can be applied to candidates. Additional ratings are used to score candidates on their overall performance in a given criteria:
You can edit the label for an additional rating, or add a new one using the New Additional Rating option in the sidebar.
