Question Bank - Save Custom Questions to Your Account

The Question Bank is where you can save frequently used questions to your account. Once a question is saved to your bank, you can quickly access it when you set up a new interview. Questions saved include response types (video, text) and the question text itself. They can also be arranged into categories to stay organised.

 

To get started with the question bank, refer to the instructions below.

 



Step 1
Head into your account by selecting the card with the name of your company.

Select Manage Question Bank from the side-bar.

Use the options on this page to manage your question bank. A description of each can be found below.

Categories


Categories can be used to organise and separate your saved questions. You can create a category by clicking on the green New Category button at the top of your list. Once you've created a category, you can add questions to it, and then access those when you set up your next interview:

Categories can be de-activated if you no longer wish to see them in the list while creating a new interview. You can de/activate a category by clicking Edit on it in the Manage Question Bank page.

Questions


To save a new question to your account, just click Add Question on any of the categories in the Manage Question Bank Page.

From here, you can create your question by filling out the various settings.


Step 1

Enter your question by typing in the box at the top of the page.

 You can also use the Question Bank to select questions that are saved to your account, including free questions provided by the Vieple team.

Step 2
Choose the type of response for this question.
Step 3

Select Create at the bottom of the page to add this question to the selected category.

 

Once you've added a question, you can select it when you go to set up your next interview.
