Vieple now support multi-factor authentication! If your organisation requires MFA for additional account security, you can enquire with your Vieple account manager to have the feature enabled.

Set up Multi-Factor Authentication for your Login

Once you have MFA activated for your organisation, you can activate it for your account by following these steps:

Log in at live.vieple.commceclip0.png

Click on your name in the top-right corner of the page, and select the Settings option.

You can also return to this page if you wish to adjust your settings or opt-out of Multi-Factor Authentication in future.

Change Multi-Factor Authentication to On and click update to save your changes.

If you would like to receive your code by email, you can change Send Code Via Email to On. With this setting turned on, you won't need to register your code with an authenticator app. Click here to skip to the next step.

The page will re-load and show you your new Authentication Key and QR Code.

Enter the Key or scan the QR Code using your Authenticator App.

If your organisation does not provide an Authenticator App, we recommend using Google Authenticator. This can be downloaded for Android or iOS from your device's app store.

Now that your authentication is set up, your next log in attempt will prompt you to enter a code. mceclip4.png
To finish signing in, enter the code that is shown in your MFA app, or that you have received via email.

Restore Access to your Account in the Event of a Lost Authenticator

If you have lost access to your authenticator app and cannot log in to your Vieple account, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

- Full name as it appears on the system

- Email address you use to sign in

- Photo/Scan of your photo ID - this is required to verify your identity to unlock your account

Please ensure that you send your email to us from the same email address you use to log in to the system. We will be unable to process your request if it is not received from the corresponding email to your Vieple account.
