Link your Vieple account with LiveHire (Initial Setup)
Once you have purchased integration for your account, the Vieple Support team will send you a copy of your integration credentials in the following format:
Supply the following information to LiveHire (SAMPLE)

Once provided to you, you can load these on to your LiveHire account, or contact LiveHire support for assistance.
Create a Video Interview Template
| To create a new interview template, click on the New Interview button from the navigation menu. |  |
| From here, you can fill in the basic details of your new interview. When you are satisfied with your general settings, click Next at the bottom of the page to continue. |
The closing date and time that you choose will not affect any candidates that you created through integration. |
Select a question using the Question Bank button, or, create a new question by simply typing into the box labeled Text. Select a response type (Video or Text), and the review and response time limits. Once you have configured your question, click Add Question to add it to this interview.
After adding all questions, click Next in the bottom-right corner to continue. |
You can enable a candidate to have multiple attempts, or to view this question before starting the interview through the Advanced Options link to the bottom-right. |
At this page, you can customise additional interview settings, such as the text displayed in the practice question, welcome and thank you screens. You can also select an intro and outro video to be played to your candidates.
You can also elect to create additional ratings for respondents (i.e. Communication Style, Confidence, Culture Fit etc.) by checking the checkbox presented. This will allow you to rate the candidate on additional criteria. You can add multiple additional criteria by separating each factor with a semi-colon (eg. Culture Fit; Communication Style). |  |
Important
This will save the interview to your Templates section on the interview list which you can then use to clone and create new interviews with identical questions and settings. You will not be able to invite participants directly to a template.

Connect your Job Vacancy with a Video Interview Template and Send Invitations
Once you have set up an Interview Template, you can attach it to your your Job Vacancy and send invitations to candidates via the LiveHire platform.
When creating a Job Vacancy, or when editing an existing Job Vacancy through the Job Details option, select the Checks & Assessments section.
Toggle on Video Interview Required.
Select the template to use for the interview for this Job Vacancy and select the Closing Date for the interview.
Optionally, you can select to have an interview invite triggered automatically, when candidates are moved to a specific status, by checking the available checkbox, and selecting the desired status.
Once the selections are made, click the Save button to create the interview. |  |
| Once an interview has been configured for a Job Vacancy, you can manually invite a candidate to complete at any time by mousing over the Add option within the candidate list, and selecting Video Interview. |  |
When a candidate is invited to complete a video interview, they will receive an invitation similar to the example shown.

Review Completed Video Interviews
Once a Vieple interview has been completed, the Play icon in the candidate list will change to a solid blue icon. This means that there are video responses available for review.
Clicking the Play icon will transition you to the Vieple platform to review, rate and comment on the responses.
