Communication templates allow you to customise the emails that candidates and raters receive from the Campaign System. You can create a template for each stage of your job to thank candidates for applying, update them on their application, or notify them of tasks they have been invited to complete.
When customising an email template, you can add "parameters" - placeholders that will automatically fill in the user's details when sending them an email. This lets you re-use email templates across multiple job roles, rather than having to set up a new set of templates for each job.

Create a New Email Template
To get started with templates, follow the instructions below:
Log in to campaign.vieple.com and go to the Accounts page. | |
Select the Email icon under your account name. | |
To create a new template, click the New Template option in the left side-menu. |

Attach an Email Template to a Stage
Once you have set up an email template, you can attach it to a stage on your job. When applicants are moved into the stage, you will have the option to automatically send out that notification email.
