Application Forms are where your candidates will enter their information in order to apply for your job opening. Forms can be customised to collect as much information as you require - questions can also be made non-mandatory.

Sections

Sections are separators for the different categories of information you are requesting.

 

Making use of sections helps with streamlining the application process.

Text Boxes

Text boxes can collect short text responses.

 

Recommended uses:

- Personal details

- Short response questions

Multi-Line Text Boxes

Multi-Line Text boxes are used collect longer text responses. Applicants can drag the corner of the box to make it larger.

- Lists

- Extended-answer questions

Date Pickers

Date Pickers can collect dates in a consistent format.

 

Recommended uses:

- Date of Birth

- Past Education/Employment Dates

Drop Down Boxes

Drop down boxes allow applicants to select a single response from a preset list.

 

It is recommended to use these for lists that have many choices.

- List of Universities

Radio Buttons

Radio buttons are used for selecting a single response from a list of options.

 

It is recommended to use these for lists that have fewer choices.

 

Recommended uses:

- How did you hear about this job?

Checkboxes

Checkboxes are used to collect one or more responses to a question.

 

Recommended uses:

- Stream preferences

- Job Criteria

File Uploads

File uploads allow for any type of file to be submitted along with the application.

- Cover Letter
