How to Share a Respondent's Profile
Search for the respondent, and click on their name to access their profile.
Select the Share button on their profile.
Enter the details for the person who will be receiving the link to this profile, and select the email template. You can create a custom email template from the Edit Email Templates page on your account.
Email Verification: When set to On the recipient of the link will be prompted to confirm their identity before being able to see the profile. It is strongly recommended to keep this On for the highest levels of data privacy and security.
By default, sharing links are valid for 48 hours. If you would like to adjust this, or any of the additional options you can access the Advanced Options using the option at the bottom. Alternatively, you can click Share to submit the form and send an email to the recipient with the link to the profile.
The Advanced Options page includes the option to increase or decrease the expiry time for the link, and hide respondent details such as the video or personal details. You can also select specific questions to share, rather than the full interview. Once you have selected any advance options, you can click Share to submit the form and send an email to the recipient with the link to the profile. |
