Vieple interviewing is now available through Talent App Store. With this integration, you can include one or more Vieple interview tasks in your TAS workflows, and then include those workflows in your various jobs in your ATS.

Setting up Your Integration
The first step in accessing Vieple through Talent App Store is to complete the initial set-up. You will only need to complete this process once to connect your accounts.
Before continuing, you will need:
- a Vieple account with Administrator access
If you have not set up your account, please review our guide here: [View the article] - a Talent App Store account, with privileges to install new Apps
- access to an ATS which connects with Talent App Store
Once you have the requirements above, you can continue on to the following steps to get set up.
Step 1) Head to Talent App Store, and select Browse Apps > Video Interviewing or use the search box to search for Vieple:
Step 2) Select the Vieple app, and then click the Install option.
Step 3) Contact [email protected] to provide us with the following information:
- The name of the Vieple email template that you would like to use
- Instructions for creating email templates are available on our help centre. [View the article]
- You will only be able to nominate one email template, so do not use a template that includes role specific information if you plan to use Vieple for multiple roles.
- Your Tenant Shortcode
- Optional: Pass/Fail Score (from 0.0 to 5.0)
- Optional: Number or reviewers per candidate you will be using (without, candidates will be marked as complete on TAS without any reviews being completed)
If you aren't sure of your Tenant Shortcode, you can locate that at the top of Talent App Store, or in the top-right corner of the SnapHire marketplace.
Step 4) Wait for the Vieple Support team to return to you with confirmation that your video interview has been set up successfully.
Step 5) Once configured, you can check that it has been successful by opening your Vieple app on the Talent App Store and checking that the status has changed from to SETUP REQUIRED to OPEN.

Create Your Vieple Interviews
Now that you have successfully connected your Vieple account with Talent App Store, any video interviews you create will be automatically available in the Assessment Hub App.

Add your Interview to a Talent App Store Workflow
Step 1) Open the Assessment Hub app on Talent App Store:
Step 2) The full list of your existing Vieple interviews will be listed on the main page:
Step 3) Click on the Map assessments option in the top-right.
Step 4) Select the ... icon for the Bucket that you would like to add the Vieple interview to
Step 5) Click and Drag your interview into the grey dotted box to include it in this bucket.
Step 6) Click Save to save your changes.
Add your Workflow to a Job on your ATS
Now that your Workflow is setup with a Vieple interview, the last step is to connect it to a job on your ATS.
Each ATS is different, so instructions for this step will be included in the help centre, user guide or documentation for your particular system.
When a candidate is progressed to a Bucket - the corresponding Vieple interview will be sent to them via email from [email protected]. They will be provided with their Vieple username and password, or login link in that email invitation.
Once your candidate has completed their video interview, you will be able to select them from your ATS and check their interview scores from the pop-up that appears:
If you would like to review the candidate yourself, you can click on the blue Review option to be taken to Vieple in a new tab and provide a score.
