To keep your account organised, you can make use of the Template and Archive features. For more on how making the most of those features, watch our video or take a look at the instructions below.
Archive
The archive is a separate interview list, where you can move your completed interviews in order to clean up your account. You can archive an interview at any time, just by following the instructions below. If you need to bring an interview back from the archive, this can be done at any time.
Locate the interview in the Open or Expired tab that you would like to archive, and click on the ... icon. | |
Select Archive. | |
This will deactivate any open invitations for this interview, and clear it from your interview list. You can access it again by clicking into the Archived tab at the top of the page. | |
If you would like to restore an interview, just click on the ... icon in the Archived tab and select Restore. |
Templates
Templates allow you to save interview settings to your account, which you can then create new interviews from. These interviews will use all of the same questions, timing and settings as your stored template.
Click New Interview in the left-hand side bar. | |
Set up your interview template with all of the settings that you would like your future interviews to contain. You can find our instructions on creating an interview here. | |
At the Additional Settings step, enable the Template option at the bottom of the page. | |
Click Create Interview at the bottom of the page. | |
Your template will now be added to the Templates section of your interview list. You can access this by changing from Interviews to Templates at the top of your interviews page. |
To set up a new interview using your template, click on the blue Use Template button, and a new interview will be added to your list using all of the stored settings.
You can edit an interview template at any time by clicking on the ... icon and selecting Settings.
